Choose the Apex plan ($350/week) and rent for 12 consecutive months. At the end of your term, the car is yours — we transfer the title to your name. No balloon payments, no surprises.

A valid driver's license, your own personal auto-insurance policy (100/300/100 with collision and comprehensive, listing Elite Performance Exclusive LLC as additional insured), and your safety deposit ($500 for Eco, $750 for Live, $1,000 for Apex). We accept all payment methods.

The longer your commitment, the lower your weekly rate. With Apex, you're committing for 12 months — so you pay $350/week instead of $450. The trade-off is a higher deposit ($1,000 vs $500) and a longer commitment. But at the end, the car is yours.

Yes. Your safety deposit is returned in full when you return the vehicle in good condition per the renter's agreement. For Apex, it's applied toward your ownership transfer.

We cover only: scheduled monthly maintenance (oil, tire rotation, brake inspection), normal wear and tear, manufacturer-warranty defects, mechanical breakdowns NOT caused by your misuse or neglect, and roadside assistance for non-fault mechanical breakdowns (tow to our nearest service location, jump-start, manufacturer-key lockout).

You are fully responsible for any damage that happens during your rental period — accidents, collisions, vandalism, theft, interior damage, missing parts/keys, and mechanical damage from misuse or neglect. Your safety deposit and personal auto-insurance are applied first; you remain liable for any balance. Tickets, tolls, parking citations, and impound fees during the rental are also yours.

Yes. You must maintain a personal auto-insurance policy at all times during the rental: minimum 100/300/100 liability, plus active collision and comprehensive coverage, with Elite Performance Exclusive LLC listed as an additional insured. Lapse of insurance is a default event and grounds for repossession.

Yes, but you must complete your current term first. Once your term ends, you can switch to any plan. If you need to change mid-term, your current billing rate stays in effect until the term is fulfilled, and the new plan's rate kicks in after that.

The $50 gas card is an Apex exclusive perk. Every 4 months on the Apex plan ($350/week), you receive a $50 gas card — that's $150 in free gas over the 12-month term.

You can return the vehicle at any time. Your deposit is refunded per the agreement, less any documented damages, unpaid rent, or fees. Rent-to-own benefits only apply after completing the full 12-month Apex term.

Payments are due weekly. After a 3-day grace period a $35 late fee applies. Non-payment beyond 14 days — including unpaid damage charges — is a default event and authorizes us to recover the vehicle.
