What do I need to get started with a Cleveland car rental?

A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and your safety deposit ($500 for Eco, $750 for Live, $1,000 for Apex). We accept all payment methods.

Is the car rental deposit refundable?

Yes. Your safety deposit is returned in full when you return the vehicle in good condition per the renter's agreement, less any documented damages, unpaid rent, or fees.

What is included in the weekly car rental price?

Every plan includes unlimited miles within the geofence, scheduled monthly maintenance (oil, tire rotation, brake inspection), and roadside assistance for non-fault mechanical breakdowns. The Apex plan also includes a $50 gas card every 4 months. Renter maintains their own personal auto-insurance policy (100/300/100 liability + collision/comprehensive) with Elite Performance Exclusive LLC listed as additional insured.

Who is responsible if I damage the car?

You are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction to the vehicle during your rental period — accidents, collisions, vandalism, theft, interior damage, missing parts or keys, and mechanical damage caused by misuse or neglect. Your safety deposit and personal auto-insurance are applied first; you remain liable for any balance.

What does Elite Performance Exclusive LLC cover during my rental?

Scheduled monthly maintenance (oil, tire rotation, brake inspection), normal wear and tear, manufacturer-warranty defects, mechanical breakdowns NOT caused by renter misuse, and roadside assistance for non-fault mechanical breakdowns (tow, jump-start, manufacturer-key lockout).

What is the cheapest rent-to-own car plan in Cleveland?

The Apex plan at $350/week is the most affordable and includes rent-to-own. After 12 months in Cleveland, the car is yours with the title in hand.

Can I return the rental car early?

Yes, you can return the vehicle at any time. Your deposit is refunded per the agreement. Rent-to-own benefits only apply after completing the full 12-month Apex term.

Do you serve cities outside Cleveland?

Yes. We serve all of Cuyahoga County and most of Northeast Ohio including Akron, Lakewood, Parma, Euclid, and Cleveland Heights. Pickup is at our Cleveland office.

Plan Changes

You can switch plans after completing your current term. If you change mid-term, you finish your current billing cycle first, then the new rate applies.
